Camp Registration made easy:

• To register for Camp Shapedown 2008 simply call us at 304-832-6477.  We will be happy to answer any questions or concerns.  We will take your registration information and then you can secure your space in one of our three 2-week Day Camps with a deposit check made payable to Shapedown for $200. 
• Upon receipt of your deposit we will mail a Camp Packet which includes:  Personal Health Form (dietary preferences, allergies etc.), Medical Release Form, Shapedown Camp Information Sheet,  and what to bring list.
• Please mail all completed forms to Shapedown with final payment. 

What to Bring:

• Any Completed forms not mailed with registration
• Sunscreen
• Swimsuit
• Towel
• Bag or Daypack to hold personal items
• Rain gear or light jacket 
• All meals, snacks and fees are included and campers will not need to bring money to camp.

• $200 deposit due to Register.
• Balance due within 2 weeks of day 1 of camp.  Please mail completed personal health form and medical release form with balance of payment.

Cancellation and Refund Policy: 

    1.    Up to 30 days prior to the first day of camp we will refund the deposit in full.  
    2.    There are no refunds for absence days, continuous absence medically certified will be considered on an individual basis.
    3.    After the 30 day mark the deposit is non-refundable


Scholarships:

We are excited to be able to offer Scholarships for Camp Shapedown in 2008 on a first come first serve basis.  If interested in Scholarship information please call us at 304-832-6477 to apply.  Eligibility is based upon the federally mandated sliding scale, and each family will be considered based on the same criteria.  Since funding for scholarships will be through the Pianafiddle Benefit Concert on May 24th, 2008; we won't have the final word on how many scholarships will be available until after that date.  However, if you are interested in a scholarship for your child please contact us early so that we can secure your place on our list.  It is our hope to be able to offer scholarships to all interested families in 2008!

Where is Pipestem Resort?

Pipestem Resort State Park is located in beautiful Summers County, in Southeastern West Virginia.   Located in the southeastern section of the state, Pipestem Resort State Park is 14 miles north of Princeton and 12 miles south of Hinton on WV 20.  From I-77, take Exit #14 and the park entrance is 14 miles north on Rt. 20.  From the Sandstone Exit # 139 of I-64, the park entrance is 22 miles south on WV 20.  In addition, the park is located near commercial airports at Bluefield, WV and Beckley, WV with rental car services nearby.
