Three 2-week sessions for children ages 6-13. Sessions are Mon - Fri from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

First Session: June 16th - June 20th
                        June 23rd - June 27th

Second Session: July 7th  -  July 11th
                             July 14th - July 18th

Third Session: July 28th - Aug 1st
                           Aug 4th - Aug 8th

Children will enjoy 2 weeks in the Great Outdoors and have a fantastic time enjoying fun fitness activities like fishing, nature hikes, miniature golf, archery, swimming, paddle boats, tennis, frisbee golf and more!

Camp Shapedown is an educational experience. Campers improve physical
fitness and nutrition and involve their families in making lifestyle changes. 
Parents enjoy a safe, comparatively inexpensive and beneficial experience for their children. 

Nutrition is learned through daily food labs.  Food labs are great fun where kids learn things like becoming a fat detective and how to identify the hunger scale.
Activities - Exercise is promoted through group and individual activities and kids learn that activity can be a lot of fun!
Free Exercise - During this period kids choose most any activity they wish.  Instruction is not stressed but enjoying physical movement is.
Daily Group Sessions -  Daily group sessions focus on problem solving techniques
and progress toward goals.  Campers participate in role playing & weight management
